Thank you for shopping with PAWS-R-US! Every order is packed and shipped with care — here's exactly what to expect between checkout and your doorstep.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Where Your Order Ships From

We partner with a network of trusted specialty pet brands and suppliers to bring you a wider selection than any single warehouse could hold. Most of our products ship directly from our partner brands' warehouses in the United States. A small number of specialty items ship from international warehouses and take a little longer to arrive — see the delivery estimates below.

Delivery Estimates (United States)

Most items: 4–10 business days total (processing + transit)
Select specialty items: 2–3 weeks total, as these ship from international warehouses

These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally run behind during peak seasons, severe weather, or holidays. If your order is running significantly late, contact us and we'll track it down.

Your Order May Arrive in Multiple Packages

Because different items ship from different partner warehouses, orders containing more than one product often arrive in separate packages, sometimes days apart. This is completely normal and never costs you anything extra. Each shipment gets its own tracking number so you can follow every package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. When we run free shipping promotions, the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive tracking by email for each shipment as it leaves the warehouse. Tracking links can take 24–48 hours to show movement after they're created — if yours looks stuck right after shipping, give it a day before worrying.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–25 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Incorrect Addresses & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours of ordering) and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. We can't reroute packages once they're in transit, and we aren't able to refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first — packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early. Still missing after 48 hours, or arrived damaged? Email us within 7 days and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
